A note on compensation
VitaAvanza is an early-stage company. All eight internship positions are currently unpaid. The Founding Engineer position is also unpaid for now. The Co-Founder position begins without salary, with any equity or future compensation subject to a separate formal agreement.
We believe candidates deserve complete clarity before applying. These roles are best suited to people who want meaningful early-stage ownership, practical experience and the opportunity to help shape a real product from the beginning.
