VITA · RESEARCH & IMPACT
We study how students and doctoral researchers experience information, administration, university life, transitions and access to support, so we can understand where those journeys become difficult and what institutions can learn from them.

RESPONSE RECEIVED
Useful systems begin with understanding what people actually experience. Thank you for taking the time to contribute.
WHY WE LISTEN
University life is shaped by more than one service, office or procedure. Information, administration, housing, study, financial support and everyday life often overlap. Our research looks at how those experiences connect, and where people encounter unnecessary friction, uncertainty or gaps in support.
OUR APPROACH
Research begins with what people actually experience, not what we assume their journey looks like.
The same procedure can create very different experiences depending on a person’s circumstances, background and stage of study.
Technology can make complex journeys easier to navigate, but it should not remove human judgement, accountability or care.
Good research should inform better services, better products and more useful conversations with institutions.
If you would prefer to share your experience in conversation, you can schedule a short meeting with VitaAvanza Research & Impact.

Research & Impact · VitaAvanza
BEFORE YOU PARTICIPATE
We conduct research to understand where students and researchers encounter difficulty, uncertainty or gaps in support across university and everyday life.
Taking part is voluntary. You can choose whether to answer optional questions and whether you would like to be contacted for a follow-up conversation.
Questionnaire responses are collected for research purposes and should be handled according to the privacy and consent information presented with the study.
If you choose to provide an email address for a follow-up conversation, it should only be used for that research contact.
Findings and research notes will be published here as studies are completed and results are ready to share.
EVERY JOURNEY ADDS CONTEXT
