Pricing principle

A deployment is not just a number of seats.

The scope can change depending on the population, organization, rollout, support requirements and organizational environment involved.

Generic software pricing

Fit the buyer into a package.

  • Seats
  • Features
  • Artificial limits

VitaAvanza deployment pricing

Build around the real journey.

  • Journey
  • Population
  • Organizational context
  • Rollout
  • Support

The price should reflect what is being built and supported, not force every organization into the same box.

Grow with the deployment

Begin with one real journey. Expand when the evidence supports it.

  1. Signal

    Begin focused

Start with a department, office, service, or focused program.

  2. Review

    Learn honestly

Evaluate usefulness, adoption, and organizational fit.

  3. Intelligence

    Expand responsibly

Extend Vita across the broader organization when the scope is appropriate.

  4. Infrastructure

    Coordinate at scale

Extend across multiple sites, networks, or territorial contexts.

Expansion follows demonstrated usefulness, not artificial upgrade pressure.

Scope

Pricing follows the real deployment.

Scope should be understandable before a proposal is made.

Proposal logic

Real scope, clearly understood.

Before a proposal

Population
Who is being supported and the expected deployment scale.
Journey
The life transition or use case being addressed.
Organization
The public, private, educational or social context.
Rollout
How the deployment will begin and expand.
Support
The level of onboarding, coordination and review required.
Organizational environment
Which organization-side surfaces are relevant to the agreed scope.

Personal access

The person receives one connected Vita environment.

Access is provided through the participating deployment. The person works through their own Vita environment rather than an organization-facing dashboard.

Available surfaces depend on the agreed deployment and current product scope.

Human review

Connected support does not imply unrestricted organizational access to personal Vita data.

One journey does not mean one unrestricted view

Organizational environment

Organizations work through a separate view.

The organizational view is designed around appropriate context, explainable signals and human responsibility.

Deployment foundation

Access needs more than a login.

  1. Discovery

Understand the population, journey and organizational context.

  2. Configuration

Define the agreed surfaces, language, content and boundaries relevant to the rollout.

  3. Onboarding

Introduce the environment to participating people and staff.

  4. Rollout support

Support the agreed launch and initial use.

  5. Review

Evaluate usefulness, organizational fit and the next deployment stage.

Where we begin

Pricing begins with the journey VitaAvanza currently knows best.

VitaAvanza begins with immigrants and international students navigating life in a new country.

The same commercial structure can later support other complex life transitions as those use cases are genuinely developed and deployed.

Organization types

Different organizations. One responsibility to make access possible.

Public

Public organizations

Universities, municipalities, regions, public services and community-support organizations.

Private

Private organizations

Employers, recruitment companies, relocation providers, private education and housing organizations.

Social

Social organizations

NGOs, foundations, associations and community organizations.

Each organization may begin with a different scope, procurement path and population. The proposal should reflect that reality.

Pilot approach

Prove usefulness before expanding.

A focused pilot can help both VitaAvanza and the organization understand whether the environment is useful for the selected journey and population.

Start focused. Learn honestly. Expand only when the evidence supports it.

  • Is the journey clearly defined?
  • Does Vita make current context more understandable?
  • Can people use the environment effectively?
  • Is the organizational view useful for responsible staff review?

Working with organizations

Different organizations buy differently.

Public bodies, universities, private companies and social organizations may require different approval, procurement and deployment processes.

  1. Conversation

    Understand the need.

  2. Scope

    Define the population and deployment.

  3. Proposal

Present the commercial and operational structure.

  4. Approval

    Follow the organization’s appropriate process.

  5. Deployment

    Begin the agreed rollout.

Why this model

The person carrying the journey should not also carry the software bill.

VitaAvanza aligns payment with the organizations responsible for enabling access, while the person receives a connected environment through the participating deployment.

This model is intended to reduce barriers without pretending that technology, deployment or support has no cost.
