Responsibilities
- Shape commercial and go-to-market strategy
- Build relationships with institutions, partners and funders
- Support fundraising preparation and investor communication
- Develop repeatable growth and partnership systems
- Challenge assumptions and improve strategic decision-making
- Help build a disciplined and accountable organization
- Represent VitaAvanza externally when appropriate

Ideal profile
- Strong strategic and entrepreneurial judgment
- Clear communication and relationship-building ability
- Experience in startups, partnerships, sales, operations or consulting
- Comfortable with high uncertainty and long-term commitment
- Mission alignment without losing commercial discipline
- Willingness to earn trust through execution
Compensation transparency
Initially unpaid
This role begins without salary. Any equity, ownership, vesting, governance rights or future compensation would be discussed separately and documented in a formal agreement. Applying does not imply that equity is automatically granted.
