Responsibilities
- Research immigration, education and integration processes
- Map public and institutional services
- Verify sources and eligibility information
- Support knowledge-base quality
- Identify policy changes and practical user consequences
- Translate complex rules into structured findings

Ideal profile
- Strong research and writing ability
- Careful source evaluation
- Interest in public policy, migration, education or social innovation
- Ability to explain complexity clearly
- Fluency in English or Italian, ideally both
