Responsibilities
- Research AI-enabled product opportunities
- Test user flows and agent behaviour
- Document product requirements
- Evaluate output quality and failure cases
- Support prompt, context and workflow experimentation
- Help translate user needs into product improvements

- Interest in AI products and human-centred technology
- Strong analytical thinking
- Clear writing
- Curiosity about how users interact with intelligent systems
- Ability to test carefully and report findings
