These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VitaAvanza website and any experimental features we make available through it, including concept demos of the Development Value Index (“DVI”) score and the Mitra AI assistant (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Early-stage, experimental nature of the Service

VitaAvanza is an early-stage project exploring new ways to measure and support personal development, particularly for students and young adults. Any DVI scores, dashboards or insights shown on the website are prototypes for discussion and co-design, not final products. They may change significantly over time.

2. No financial, legal or medical advice

Information provided through VitaAvanza, including any DVI scores, Mitra AI suggestions or dashboards, is for informational and illustrative purposes only. It does not constitute:

• financial advice or a recommendation to take any loan or product;
• legal or tax advice; or
• medical or mental health diagnosis, treatment or counselling.

You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions that could affect your finances, health, education or legal situation.

3. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree that you will not:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data;
• interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Service;
• submit content that is unlawful, abusive, discriminatory or infringes the rights of others.

4. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise noted, the content on this site (including text, design, logos, graphics and layouts) is owned by or licensed to VitaAvanza and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent, except where allowed by applicable law.

5. Feedback and co-design

We welcome feedback, ideas and suggestions about VitaAvanza, the DVI concept and Mitra AI. By submitting feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it to improve our services, research and communication, without any obligation to compensate you, in line with our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-party services

The Service may include links to or integrate with third-party websites, apps or tools. We do not control and are not responsible for these third parties. Your use of their services is subject to their own terms and policies.

7. Availability and changes

VitaAvanza is under active development. We may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time, for any reason, including by adding or removing features or limiting access to some or all users.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VitaAvanza and its founders, partners, collaborators and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data or opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service or applicable law. The latest version will always be available on this page. If the changes are material, we will provide additional notice where reasonably possible. By continuing to use the Service after the new Terms take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.
